2022 CJSA National Shorthorn Show

We are excited to be planning for the 2021 Canadian National Junior Shorthorn Show in conjunction with the Canadian and Alberta Shorthorn Association AGM’s and a Jackpot Show in Lacombe, AB July 8-10!

Entries:

Entries for the CJSA show close Friday, June 25th. Please note that your junior shorthorn membership must be renewed for 2021 in order to be eligible to show. If you are needing your membership renewed, please contact the office by email (registry@canadianshorthorn.com) or give us a call (306-757-2212) at the office and we can coordinate that with you. The 2021 Entry Form is below and can be sent to juniors@canadianshorthorn.com.

RECENTLY ADDED CLASSES:

Peewee Division- Steer calf (born on or after January 1, 2021)

Peewee Division- Steer (born on or after January 1, 2020)

A schedule of events, jackpot entry information and meeting registration form will be available soon. Tune into the CSA website and our social media platforms for updates.

Mountainwest Livestock & Supplies will also be in attendance with show supplies check them out at www.livestockandsupplies.com

Accommodations:

Book your rooms early at the host hotel Best Western Plus Lacombe as they will be at a premium. The block will be available until Monday, June 28th. Phone 403-782-3535 and refer to "Canadian Shorthorn" to request a booking.

There are also a few serviced campgrounds in Lacombe and unserviced camping is available at the showgrounds.
