Itinerary for Canadian and Alberta Shorthorn AGM weekend

June 13: Arrival of CSA Director’s – If you want a pick up at the Edmonton airport, please contact the Alberta Shorthorn office.

 

Supper out

June 14: 9 am CSA Board meeting

Spousal program ‐ shopping trip down town Camrose.

BBQ at Colin & Evelyn Lang’s at Viking. There will be a bus to transport to and from the BBQ. Hospitality room open in later evening.

June 15: 9:00 am ‐ Alberta Shorthorn Association AGM

10:00 am – Spousal program

11:00 am – Registration for Canadian Shorthorn AGM

11:30 am – Lunch & Speaker – Doug Fee, Canadian Beef Breeds Council

1:30 pm – Canadian Shorthorn AGM

5:30 pm – Happy Hour

6:30 pm – Banquet, Entertainment, Live & Silent auctions

 

June 16: Munroe Lehne, Evergreen Lane Farms, field day at Amisk, AB.
